We are seeking dynamic, service focused professional to join our Front Office Team. Specifically, we need a Front Office Management professional to assume the role as part of the Assistant Manager team for our hotel.
The role of Assistant Manager is not just Front Office related, as your responsibility extends to total hotel management during your shift. Your leadership ability will be utilised when directing and motivating staff and your general hotel knowledge, excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills will ensure that you succeed in this senior role. This role is also the first point of call for any Emergency, Medical and/or Fire Safety issue, therefore be aware that your level of responsibility is high.
The successful candidate will have exceptional guest and customer service focus; attention to detail and a proven ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a Front Office role and a working knowledge of Opera is essential. We also require you to possess excellent presentation and communication skills, together with energy and a passion for the Hospitality Industry. The successful candidate will have previous Front Office supervisory/management experience with good systems knowledge. A genuine passion for the industry and in providing exemplary customer service will assist with your decision making when challenged with unusual or unexpected situations.
